Our Fireside Breakfast is served buffet-style in the welcoming comfort of our Great Room, featuring a generous selection of hot breakfast favorites, fresh fruit, and freshly baked pastries. Our rotating hot selections include Vermont-style frittatas, scrambled eggs, home-fried potatoes, crispy hash browns, bacon, maple sausage, and fruit-filled pancakes. Enjoy yogurt or a warm bowl of oatmeal with your choice of toppings, including granola, raisins, and nuts.
Breakfast is included with your stay, and selections vary daily. Freshly brewed New England Coffee is available in the Great Room throughout the day.
Fireside Reception
Join us on select evenings for our signature Fireside Reception, one of the most beloved traditions at Green Mountain Suites Hotel. This warm and inviting gathering offers the perfect opportunity to relax and connect with fellow guests, friends, or family in an intimate setting.
Unwind by the cozy glow of our indoor fireplace or enjoy the ambiance of our outdoor fire pits, surrounded by the charm of Vermont hospitality. During the reception, we proudly serve complimentary local craft beers, house wines, and a selection of light appetizers.
During the summer months, our Wednesday receptions feature a selection of BBQ-inspired appetizers, bringing the flavors of a Vermont summer cookout to our Fireside gathering.
